Can I use my Apple Macintosh to watch videos on this web site?
This website is currently optimized for Mac users with OS X running Firefox version 2.0 or

Can I use the AOL browser to watch videos on this website?

Where do I get the MAC address to register the VBrick WM appliance with my
network administrator?
The MAC address is displayed on the LCD panel of the VBrick appliance. Please note that
you might have to wait through a cycle of information to get to the MAC address display on
the LCD panel.

How do I check the amount of bandwidth supported by my network?
You can always go to http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest and select the closest city to your
location. The speedtest will then display both the “download” and “upload” capacity of your
network. Please note that the result is a snapshot of the exact moment that you are doing the
test. Other demands on your network at any time can cause your available bandwidth to
fluctuate.
Can I download videos from the VBoss sites to my computer?
All videos are currently available in a streaming format only. Therefore, you can view the
videos but you can not download the files to your computer. Please note that viewers have
the right to view the videos but do not have the legal rights to download the videos.
What does bandwidth mean and what is the difference between 300k and 500k?
Bandwidth is a term used to describe connection speed to the Internet. The numbers 300k,
500k and others describe the minimum Internet connection you need to experience the
