Account Summary Report

This report provides a summary of the account including all channel views and revenue. The

Overall Summary Report at the top of this page summarizes critical information about your

channel. To view a specific reporting period, use the calendar to selects dates and click

Generate Report. Then you can click Export to Excel to export to a spreadsheet.

Actual Transfer The amount of data moved by the platform during the time period

specified.

Completion Ratio The number of bytes actually sent to the end user divided by the number

of bytes they requested. This measurement can be used to determine

how often end users close their browsers and stop requesting the file

before the full file is delivered.

Transfer Rate The speed of data transfer.

Duration The time spent by the platform delivering content to viewers.

Hits The number of unique viewer requests during the selected time period.

Channel Access Report This report shows channel access for the last seven days. It shows

page views from all sources and page views from unique visitors.
