Webinar URL. There is one template which you can customize by changing the Font Style,

Background Color, etc. After completing the webinar player wizard, click Player Preview to

see your current customizations to the webinar page. An "Active" player means which player

is associated with the Portal or Webinar URL. All players can be used simultaneously, but

each will have its own viewing URL (found by clicking

Player Preview). Only the Active player

uses the Portal (or Webinar) URL. See Viewing URLs

on page 5 for more details.

Use the

Immediate Live option to launch a live stream at any time. You can launch the live

stream by enabling the On Air status on the Live Webcasting page and enabling the Immediate

Live

checkbox for that player. This feature is unchecked by default. If you have an event

scheduled under

Upcoming Events or a session scheduled under the Webinar Manager, the

scheduler service will automatically enable the Streaming Status on Live webcasting page and

start pushing the stream at the appointed time—there is no need to check the Immediate Live

box.

Player Name

Use this page to enter a name and description for the player and to select the open source JW

player or the Windows Media player. Note that preroll clip will not play on the Windows

Media player.
